Ecosystem Development Manager (New Innovation Centre)

Job Description
Our successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the community engagement, training and education activities at our newly established Innovation Centre and across our education initiatives, with responsibility to expand and build strong rapport with our network of dentists, clinical staff and technicians, as well as our global leading industry partners.
Description of the role:
· Oversee the operations of our new innovation hub, comprising ongoing education activities, training courses, partner events
· Expand and curate engagement strategies to develop a vibrant centre and community
· Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute various programs including training, education, engagement and networking
· Manage the online and offline marketing and publicity efforts in coordination with our marketing team
· Engage closely with organisers, partners and participants to build strong rapport across the community
Requirements:
Basic degree in any discipline
Minimum of 3 years working experience, with experience in dental or healthcare industry being an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and energised by social interactions and engagement
Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to build rapport with clinicians and partners
